If you are new to the area, or, are a long time established resident, we would love to show you around the model center and answer any question you may have. We currently represent the two finest home builders in the region, Jacobsen Homes and Scotbilt Homes. If you do any research on your own, you will quickly realize why we have chosen these two home-builders as the product that we, at Gainey Custom Homes, trust and want to represent.

The Design Center is where buyers review their home plans with our Design Coordinator. You will make your personal selections for your new home’s interior and exterior. You will select colors, decking, siding, paint and other exterior details. You will also choose interior features including carpeting, cabinets, counter tops, lighting, plumbing fixtures, tile, paint colors and much more. Gainey Custom Homes is your “one stop” design center with the guidance of our Design Coordinator, you may choose your home’s detailing with confidence.
